My first oops!!
I baked the top tier of this cake 3 times!! I just couldn't get the quantity of cake batter right.... I came so close to just giving up. But after taking an hour break I decided to give it another go and this is what came of it.
Not too shabby!!

Nicolina Grace's 3rd Birthday Party
Despite the wrath of Hurricane Irene, we managed to pull of Gracie's 3rd Birthday party. And what a hit it was!! This cake is by far my best and I can't believe I put it all together in one day. Not ever a hurricane could keep me from giving my sweet Nicolina Grace the best 3rd birthday party.....

Unique Cupcake Display.....
Amber & Sean's wedding was held in a barn, so I decided to do something really unique with the display for the cupcakes. I bought this great plant stand and used it as a cupcake stand. It was perfect for the rustic, romantic wedding theme!! Not to Shabby!!
Amber & Sean's Wedding Cupcakes
So, this was my very first wedding order.... I made and delivered 177 cupakes in 109 degree weather!! Not Too Shabby!!

To Die For... Peanut Butter & Twix Trifle
I made this trifle for a recent party.... I basically threw this yummy concoction together with store bought pound cake, vanilla pudding, peanut butter pie filling, Twix and Reece's!!

For the Graduate.....
This was a challenge but 100% worth all the hard work. Two days, three cakes and 5lbs of fondant later I created a Graduation/21 Birthday cake for my cousins Chris & Joey. I had to do one cake for both and this is the creation I came up with!
Not too shabby for my very first 3-tier cake!
.... I got the idea for the cupcakes from Martha Stewarts' CUPCAKES book, but added a special (much easier) touch!
